SMC™ Magnet System for Lower Distortion

SONIK 7 incorporates DALI’s patented SMC™ Essential magnet system to reduce distortion and improve linearity. A ferrite ring and hybrid iron-SMC™ pole piece position SMC™ directly in the voice coil’s operating zone. This minimises hysteresis and eddy current effects. Midrange detail improves noticeably. The sound remains relaxed and transparent.
