ERGO Amp 1 is a headphone amplifier can be used with any dynamic headphones (including Ergo Model 1 and Ergo Model 2) and the flagship ERGO AMT headphones with an adaptor. Like ERGO’s headphones, the AMP 1 has been designed carefully and features a clean, uncoloured and distortion free reproduction of music that provides absolute listening pleasure – only bettered by the combination of the ERGO AMT headphones and ERGO AMP 2.
This headphone amplifier features in/out RCA sockets allowing you to connect it inbetween your music source and hi-fi system. This is a perfect choice for listening to music from computer, CD, or any other source. Alternatively, connect it to the « pre out » on your main hi-fi amplifier and use that as a music source selector. In addition to its use with ERGO model headphones, we found the AMP 1 sounded impressive with Grado SR325is headphones, Sennheiser HD650 headphones and likely will with any other similarly high quality choices.
The ERGO AMP 1 is supplied with an external power supply.
