Elipson  BS50 Tribute

In honor of its sixtieth anniversary, Elipson pays an elegantly tribute to its iconic model that has marked its history. The famous BS50, acronym for « Boule de Staff of 50 cm in diameter, » embodies the Elipson saga. Originally designed in 1953, the BS50 was created for the first prestigious « sound and light » shows at the Château de Chambord.

Thanks to its exceptional sound finesse, it allowed for remarkably precise audio diffusion.

Today, Elipson reissues this legendary model using contemporary materials, while preserving the unique acoustic sound qualities of this exceptional object. The BS50 brilliantly illustrates the timeless passion for sound and design that drives Elipson’s creations.
